Las Olas is located right on the beach. It's a truly beachfront property with incredible views of the crystal blue Sea of Cortez. You can stay on the property and watch the surfers and wildlife or step down to the beach through ur beach access gate.
The kitchen was completely remodeled a few years ago and is fully equipped for most things you should need for your stay. There is a microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, cooking utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster...so you can cook at home!
Our condo is on of the few condos in the building maintains the smaller living room layout in order to preserve the larger outdoor deck area. Still, there is plenty of seating for the entire group. We also have a smart tv, with US satellite tv and Roku.
Our remodeled kitchen has everyhing you should need to cook at home if you would like to stay in and dine out on the balcony overlooking the Sea of Cortez. We also have a large island with seating.
Our rustic original Mexican dining table has plenty of space for the group to hangout. We also have a large island with additional seating as well as a dining table on the exterior balcony.
The Las Olas pool area is pristine and looking over the incredible Sea of Cortez! We are located on the beach and oceanfront. There are pool loungers and umbrellas next to the pool and hot tub area as well as tables, chairs and umbrellas.
Las Olas is truly beach front, only steps away from the ocean. The grounds are pristinely landscaped. The pool area has loungers and umbrellas and there are more tables and chairs on the sandy area overlooking the ocean.
Our Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are reading lamps as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The room is pretty spacious as well with dressers for clothes and a small closet off of the. bathroom area.
The primary bedroom is a king size bed.
The roof top tennis court at Las Olas has facilities for both tennis and pickle ball!
The tennis and pickleball court at Las Olas is loacted on top of the Parking structure. It's not often you get to play rooftop tennis or pickle ball!
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
All of our bedrooms have blackout blinds.
The three hot tubs at Las Olas have plenty of room for your whole group! They're a great place to wind down after all of your adventures throughout the Cabo region.
The lower level of the beach hangout spot has lounge chairs and umbrellas available in the sand. Right on the beach in front of the beautiful Sea or Cortez ocean!
The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bedroom and closet. There are also nightstands with reading lamps and black out blinds.
We have two surfboard shaped beach showers to wash off the sand from the beach before jumping in the pool or returning back to our condo.
Las Olas has a small but effective gym that is located right next to the pool area. It is available for your use during your stay and has air conditioning as well.

The beach front lounge area is two levels. Both levels are in the sand but the top part has trellis covered gazebos for your use.
We have a surf locker for your use so you can store your beach supplies and surfboards. The surf lockers are by the pool so you don't have to carry anything up to the condo. These surf lockers are great for surfers staying with us!
The beachfront hangout area has an area with thatched covered gazebos and lounge chairs overlooking the ocean
Surfers love Las Olas as we have 4 great surfbreaks right in front! It has the best surf in the Los Cabos area right out your front door!
The two buildings of Las Olas overlook the ocean in our truly beachfront property. The views out your back door are some of the most beautiful in the world! You can watch the sea life go by including whales, sea birds & Sea turtles!
The Las Olas pool area overlooks the ocean and has three hot tubs and plenty of space to cool off out of the ocean. You can also lounge by the pool with a book in one of the many provided lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Las Olas is fully gated with 24 hour security. When you arrive you will be greeted by security and pointed in the right direction. There is onsite parking behind the gates for our guests for one car and more is available right outside the gate if needed.

Spread out in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom remodeled beachfront/oceanfront condo. Washer/dryer, dish washer, barbecue, large deck overlooking the ocean with a glorious view. All kitchen amenities needed for any cooking occasion. Plenty of space for parking, and 24hr property guarded security. Free WIFI. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, roof top tennis court and small gym. Best of all, located on a white sand swimmable beach in front of numerous surf spots, for all levels of surfers.

For a unique destination, away from the crowds of Cabo San Lucas, enjoy a retreat to Las Olas, located in San Jose del Cabo, the newly developed and growing art district. Largest art district in the Cape Region, gateway to the renowned East Cape and an escape to an unaltered Baja California landscape.
Las Olas is located 10 minutes from downtown San Jose, 30 minutes away from the international airport. ($30 taxi). 20 minutes away from the bustling Cabo San Lucas.

Included satellite television in the main living room area. It is also equipped with smart tv functionality. There is a gym on the property for all Las Olas guests to use, a tennis court on top of our garage, but even better, there are plenty of recliners by the pool overlooking the surf for some well deserved rest and relaxation.

There is a bus shuttle service to carry one down the Coast between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.
